Another Year Rolls On By

I have a firm belief that everyone should have at least one birthday per year. I really like birthdays, and mine came this past Sabbath. :D

Since my birthday was on a Sabbath :D :D we went to church and Sabbath School in the morning. It was really fun. Our pastor talked about "time margins", and how in our busy schedule we need to make time for God. He also quoted some statistics, one of which being that the average teen spends 7.5 hrs. a DAY on various media!! Wow. I sure don't have that much time to spend!! (Not that I wish I had that much time, either).

Flying Southwest

Here's a look into my life as a simulator pilot! Yesterday I flew a Southwest 737-200 from San Francisco to Sacramento, California, and it was quite fun. Here's some pictures I took!

Pansies on the Promenade

I just love spring! Yesterday our family took a walk on the Promenade, and I would have to say yesterday's walk was one of my absolute favorites. Especially with all the flowers out! I had brought my camera "just in case I might want it"....

New Faces on the Migration Route

On March 28-April 3 my aunt, uncle, and cousins that are currently residing in Ireland came for a week-long visit. If you will recall, with my mother's family living in both Michigan & Florida

SonRise 2010!!!!!!

SonRise is SOOO cool!! SonRise is a walk through experience put on by our local university and church in which groups follow Jesus' triumphfull entry into Jerusalem, the Lord's Supper, Gethsemane (sp.?), Pilate's hall, the crucifixtion, and the Resurrection. It is really hard to describe, it is just so totally cool.
